Ride for a cause - Bike MS Georgia Power Savannah Ride

Imagine not having the capability to ride because you couldn’t move your body. This is how it would be like living with Multiple Sclerosis. The National MS Society is holding bike rides across the nation to raise funds for research and programs to support those living and impacted by Multiple Sclerosis. One of these rides is the fourth annual Bike MS Georgia Power Savannah Ride (May 2-3, 2009).

The event is a two-day bike ride through historic Savannah’s downtown and scenic Low Country. Riders have the opportunity to see sites such as the Wormsloe Historic Site, the Isle of Hope, the University of Georgia Institute of Oceanography and the Roundhouse Railroad Museum.
