Riding Easter week

Hi- I'm in town for the week (Easter through next sat). Where are the good fast rides during the week? A couple of years ago I drove to SAV and did a great ride that went straight out and back from some gas station just off the interstate at the airport exit (I think). Do they still have that ride? I'd even like to do some 5 min intervals this week (probably even today). Where's a good road to do 5 min uninterupted? Thanks. Jeff
